Stealing this news from Keidra's blog, but I found it interesting to see Spin's listing of the top 100 albums of the past 20 years. I don't know if I am qualified to agree or disagree with these guys since I really didn't notice popular music until I was about 9 or so, but I can agree with their choices, even though I may not want to pop them into my CD player.
I guess my top 10 would be the following (I'll just say that if the house was on fire, I'd grab these CDs (if I owned them in some cases), the turtles and then Jeff before booking it outside):
1. Achtung Baby -- U2
2. Diva -- Annie Lennox
3. Funky Divas -- En Vogue
4. Version 2.0 -- Garbage
5. Franz Ferdinand -- Franz Ferdinand
6. KMFDM -- Naive -- Hell to Go
7. No Nose Job: The Legend of Digital Underground
8. Pop -- U2
9. Speakerboxx/The Love Below -- Outkast
10. The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill -- Lauryn Hill
However, I should also said that list might change next week, depending on my mood.

my ten, no order
ok computer, appetite for destruction, aquemini, purple rain, joshua tree (my nod to you and M) okay, i can't think of any more.
I would choose Joshua Tree or Unforgettable Fire, if I had to choose a U2 CD. No top 10 list for me, I'm indecisive.
