For Slashdotter editor, buddy and overall nerd, today is Zonk's 25th birthday (also his golden birthday). For history buffs, here's a few things that happened on this noteworthy day:
Central High School in Little Rock Arkansas was intergrated after the federal court ordered intergration.
In 1789, the Bill of Rights passed Congress.
Sandra Day O'Connor becomes the first female U.S. Supreme Court justice in history in 1981.
Oh, and U2 performs today in Milwaukee! I had to sneak that one in.
